As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Coffee Corral. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Coffee Corral, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Products Eligible for Return
Coffee is a perishable item and considered food, so all coffee sales are final. We cannot accept returns on coffee due to safety and health considerations. However, we want you to be satisfied with your Coffee Corral coffee. If your product is defective or damaged, we will ensure that your concerns are addressed.
For non-perishable merchandise, including apparel but excluding gift cards, returns are accepted within a 14-day window from the date of the original purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the merchandise is used or damaged, the return may not be accepted.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Please treat gift cards like cash.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange any item, please contact our customer service team to check the availability of the desired product. If available, we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
